(June 5, 2019, 1:02 am)I’ve been to a lot of gym - as a trainer, an athlete and your everyday gym-go’er. Gyms can be intimidating, especially private gyms. The Wreckroom does an excellent job of making everyone feel welcome regardless of your ability, experience, or level of fitness.
The most important thing is that I brought my girlfriend who has very little experience to this gym from GoodLife - instantly she was welcomed, encouraged and treated like she had been a member for years.
Management is great, trainers are very knowledgeable and I would encourage anyone looking to join a gym or get a little more active to come by and try out the facility. -

I am training with Luke, and the amount of extras that come with a private program really surprised me. I’m was always intimidated of the gym culture until I came into such a welcoming place!

My fiancé and I both train here and the reason we love this place so much is because 1) They always have awesome and loud music to pump us up, but 2) the environment is absolutely positive beyond measures. As a business, they truly value building a positive community with friendly and positive attitudes. Upon entering, someone is always there to greet you which to me, defines quality service. Additionally, we love the close and "family" dynamic of all the members/trainers.
