I took an ELDOA class with Manuela at Ki Pilates and it was lifechanging. The course was 4 saturdays in a row for 1 hour each class, during which we learned and built up to one 'ELDOA' stretch.
Before the class I had pains that nobody could help me with - and I've tried chiropractic, active release and osteopathy - and Manuela's course helped me figure out the primary cause of the pain and how to eliminate it on my own.
