(February 14, 2019, 1:12 am)Tonight my son and I attended family yoga and had a great time. Julie was attentive and inventive in her instruction. My son was fully engaged, and I felt comfortable in this very family-friendly environment. We'll be back for more.

(January 30, 2019, 11:37 am)The first time I attended a yoga class, it was for prenatal yoga. The space is fantastic, warm and welcoming. I have now been going there for almost 3 years now and love every moment.
I particularly like the Mom and Baby Yoga and Moms and Movers yoga. You get to do some yoga with your little ones in tow and the instructors and other patrons help one another.
It is a warm environment where you can connect with other moms and parents and is a space that is for the whole family! -

(December 15, 2018, 3:26 pm)Love the feel of the place! Safe and family friendly :) Julie was awesome! Love how she gave enough time for each stretch and allowed our bodies to acclimize to each movement before transitioning to the next one. I also love her personality! You will enjoy her classes.

(December 3, 2018, 12:57 pm)I attended Beatz Yoga last Friday. I expected to have a fun time, but the evening far exceeded my expectations! The location is lovely and the staff is absolutely amazing. I had a fantastic time and highly recommend this class to anyone looking for a good workout and a lot of laughs.
