(August 9, 2021, 10:56 pm)Rob has been an AMAZING trainer, working full time shift work and being in school part time my schedule and life is crazy busy! Rob keeps me on track with a meal plan customized to my day (whatever that may look like at any given time) and specific to my goals and has always been super accommodating with my sessions. He holds me accountable but always champions my small victories even when I have slipped up! All around great trainer and human being! The facility is always clean and on point. Check👏🏼Him👏🏼Out👏🏼

I walk into my sessions confidently and am always greeted with a warm smile. I'm constantly asking questions and they're always answered with logic. I'm learning how properly do movements with out getting injured and amsam enjoying the foods I love. Highly recommended Iron Realm.

The owner and employees continuously display their genuine care for the well-being and success of all clients through their individualized programming, constant motivation, open communication and health & safety protocols. The trainers are incredibly reliable and knowledgeable, and you are always met with a friendly face when walking into the studio. Highly recommend this business if you are serious about great personal training and amazing results!
