(July 19, 2022, 4:23 am)When I started with Jon I had no idea how much protein I should be consuming or why, I could actually account for treats without guilt and workouts didn’t have to be an hour everyday to be effective. Now I find myself reach for protein first and I know I can achieve results with 3 days a week workouts! Jon was incredibly supportive and encouraging, but also spared me the usual BS you might find on social media. He tailored the workouts to me and was always there with some words of wisdom and a virtual round of applause. At first I wasn’t sure if online coaching would be enough, but with Jon it absolutely was!

He tailored our work together to my history, experience and level of ability which was absolutely essential for me. He was as much “therapist” for me as he was “fitness coach” and that was an aspect of our work together that was even more helpful than nutrition or exercise alone. Thank You Jon!

The gradual plan and flexible hours really helped me do this around work and when I had free time. I’m glad to be back on the field this year thanks to Jon. 10/10
