Upon stepping foot in the Crossfit Barrie gym, I was hooked. Being a retired varsity athlete, I absolutely love the concept of working as an individual but within in a strongly knit team who are working towards a common goal. You definitely get this environment here, regardless of previous gym experience. Awesome coaches too!
This place makes me feel amazing! The coaches and community environment are both supportive and encouraging. Wherever you are in your health and wellness journey, you will benefit from coming here. Their protocols during Covid ensures safety is a priority!
I joined CrossFit Barrie about three months ago. There is such a supportive community here. When I first started working out, I was the last one to finish and was still running. A fellow member came out and ran with me so I wouldn't have to go it alone. Thats the kind of place CrossFit Barrie is.

Very professional from first contact via email through to meeting one on one to personal sessions all the way to joining in the classes. The coaches take the time to help you feel confident in yourself for that day's workout. Fellow members are helpful and friendly. I am always excited to go work out (5 days a week) 😀🏋️
