(July 27, 2021, 6:38 pm)Group classes are a great because they're really small groups, so you get a lot of individual coaching and adjustments. Trainers are really great at supporting newcomers in learning proper techniques. Plus, everyone is really friendly !

The trainers truly care about the members and provide individual advise where needed. Regulars are greeted by name and makes la Fitnesserie feel like a little community.

Everything from the ambiance and the classes to the trainers - Emmanuel, Michel and Wasil, La Fitnesserie changed my mindset about working out and has definitely helped me feel better physically and mentally. Definitely recommend!!
