  When I visit Montreal I like to do a drop-in at CrossFit Montreal. Using MINDBODY to reserve a class (and pay) makes it convenient. Also there’s a good selection of class in the evening. It’s usually not too busy and the coaches are attentive. The only down side is the equipment, a fair portion of it has seen better days.

  Great coaching staff! Great community to join. Really pushes your limits! No pain no gain! Facilities need a revamp. I tried expressfit and crossfit. I'd recommend both. Expressfit is more for cardio and crossfit is more for power build.

  What's the best thing about this box?
  The coaches. Simply great, all of them. Patient, attentive and helpful.
  The fact that this box is open most of the day is great too.
  Some of the equipment is slightly worn out which could provide a minor discomfort.

  nice coach! the gym is very vast! saturday classes are pretty brutal hahha
