(April 9, 2022, 12:38 am)Decided to shop around for new insurance since I was paying a lot with my old insurance; stumbled upon KBD and from start to finish Matthew was very professional and a pleasure to deal with. He was able to get me the price I wanted with extra stuff included and saving me over 100$ a month! He was very patient and able to answer any questions I had. I had a great experience and I can just imagine how helpful they will be if I need them for a claim. 100% recommend KBD insurance!

They have great employees and a amazing service along they try to find you the best prices my insurance agents name is David M. and honestly he took care of my insurance situations like not just as a agent but as a if i was his own family member. Really appreciate i wish i can seriously thank him for his efforts and his kindness.

(February 18, 2020, 8:36 pm)Let's face it, dealing with insurance companies is never anyone's favorite thing to do. I was led to KBD through a site comparing different rates. They were the first company that I spoke to to compare rates and honestly should have been the last. I dealt with Julia who was very informative. Unlike he other companies I called, she let a week go by before following up. It was greatly appreciated as I has some other companies calling me 3 to 5 times per day (yes I said DAY). Not only did they offer the best prices, Julia really took the time to answer all of my questions and explain things I hadn't even thought of. Thank you to Julia and KBD for the experience.
