  Expert and friendly staff always ready to help you in getting back up and going. I truly appreciate this point of service for its ease of use. Having the insurance adjuster, car collision experts and car rental agency all in one place is not only convenient, but a real time-saver. Also, Ahmed at the car rental desk is not only professional, but also honest and caring.

  As a long-time client of TD Insurance, I am very impressed with this new-concept service centre they have opened. It's a one-stop shop! You bring in your car for the damage estimate and to meet with the claims adjuster in the office, then you can leave there with a loaner car. The car is repaired at the same location in a large third-party garage and body shop in the back. TD guarantees the quality of the repairs. (The repair estimate - $2,700 - was twice what I thought it would be for a broken taillight, slightly cracked bumper and slightly dented side panel, but I am no expert).

  Very nice and friendly service. Just a little under staffed so things took a little longer than expected.
