  Great facility with engaging and knowledgable staff. Coaching program has a huge amount of value. Especially if you find fitting in workouts a bit difficult or have busy schedule - coaching sessions are really effective and you learn a lot and develop confidence with equipment

  Amazing gym, incredibly helpful and friendly staff. Always there to answer any questions about equipment or just about the gym in general. The personal trainers that work there are also super helpful, they make sure you are doing your workouts properly! You never feel judged! Always made to feel welcome, The staff greet you by name when you walk in!

  As a first time gym goer, the staff and members at AF Hespeler have made me feel welcome and part of the AF family. The facility is well maintained and has a good variety of equipment.
  So far it is well worth the investment.

  Amazing place to workout. Staff is always friendly and willing to answer any questions. Gym is always clean. Their coaching program is perfect for every skill level out there. It is a home away from home.

  A good Anytime Fitness to work out at. It has a reasonable selection of equipment, bathrooms are spacious and generally always clean, availability of weights and machines is also usually good. It's often not that busy which is nice to have. It doesn't have a water fountain.
