(March 31, 2019, 9:09 pm)Mike is a wonderful instructor, very caring and conscientious, and committed to teaching his students how to practice yoga in a way that safely builds strength and flexibility, and accommodates a person's natural body shape, strengths, weaknesses and history of injuries. His exceptional knowledge of anatomy, gives him a unique opportunity to assist his students with modifications to various poses. I highly recommend Breathe into Motion.

He spends a lot of his time and energy keeping up on the most well supported science to make the yoga he teaches best for the health of his students. It's not about trying to gross out your friends with your bendiness or your ability to do a workout in an over heated environment. Doing yoga at Breathe into Motion is about getting more healthy, meeting new friends, and caring about people around you.

(November 22, 2016, 3:54 am)Mike is a fantastic instructor! He does everything in his power to make sure everyone has all the information they need to ensure a safe and suitable yoga practice at any level. I can't imagine finding a friendlier, more comfortable atmosphere at another studio.
