(April 26, 2019, 3:16 pm)I recently heard through the grapevine that you guys will be getting some new bar bells. A Swiss bar (multigrip) would be a great edition ;) ;) :) and perhaps a safety squat bar (with handles) :)

(February 13, 2019, 8:13 pm)I have been a member for a few years. I find the facilities more than adequate. There is a large variety of equipment to appeal to almost any user. Typically there is not a lot of waiting to got onto a piece of equipment. Facilities are generally clean. Staff is friendly and helpful.
Some more attention could be paid to the elliptical machines as the ramp and resistance controls do not work on several when using manual mode.
Overall it is a good gym and a great value. -

(January 7, 2019, 12:00 pm)My experience here, after many years, has been excellent. The staff are friendly and helpful. The membership fee is inexpensive. The equipment are mostly well maintained. The opening hours are long. You can be comfortable having a good workout here.
