(November 6, 2018, 3:27 pm)Dave fixed my wheel when it became de-tensioned. My wheel has stayed true for months even though he warned me that it had become weakened and may not. He was friendly and explained everything clearly without making me feel dumb, which is a frequent occurence at bike-shops. His shop was full of old bikes so I felt good leaving it with him. MEC or Batemans aren't always the best choice for old bikes and often don't have the right parts or tools. Dave had everything and even noticed a cap on my pedal was missing and replaced it free. What's more, he completed the job quicker than expected. I'll be back!
