(May 24, 2018, 2:23 am)I had a good experience here. They tuned up my bike in 1.5 hours, and added some stuff to it that I wanted. They didn’t carry one piece, which was too bad, but it was made up for by the fact that they were really friendly, approachable and casual. They are cash-only, though, which is a drawback in my opinion.

(May 29, 2017, 11:00 pm)Great place with lots of character. I limped in with a damaged bike and the guys (and girl) at the shop had everything sorted out in less than two hours. Definitely not an uptight place, but a more relaxed and fun. The shop workers are hilarious but you have to be willing to play along. In the end my bike was fixed up with some used parts and I was on my way.
I see a few 1 star reviews on here, and I can see how if you expected a bunch of new, super high end gear and a more "boutique" atmosphere it might not be the place for you. The workers clearly like to joke with clients and I can see how if you aren't willing to joke back it could be interpreted as insulting and unprofessional. But in all honesty they seem like fun people and the job got done.
