  Great experience from the Toronto bike show to the in store purchase. One of the only companies who stock bikes made for young children. We saw a bunch of other bikes shops with kids bikes, using adult parts (eg. Hand brakes). Glad we found BATEMAN’s bicycle company. Thanks Mike for your help at the show.

  Can't say enough good things about this place! Everyone who works here is incredibly knowledgeable, patient and supportive. They always give me all the info I need and let me make the decision that feels best to me without any pressure. Their repairs and tune ups are great and very affordable. Awesome people, super fair prices and a great vibe! Been going here for nearly 4 years now and highly recommend!

  If you use your bike every day, become part of the Commuter Club. It is worth every penny. I've been going to Bateman's since I moved to Toronto in 2011 and there, they have treated me and my two bikes (the second, I bought there) with appreciation and respect and kindness and joy in every exchange. They're just the best. Thank you, Bateman's.

  Fast, excellent work done decently cheap. A good selection of gear available. A great bike store I've been going to for years and have never been disappointed.

  Absolutely amazing service! Rob and his team pulled a rabbit out of a hat for a last-minute repair that involved a back wheel repair on my 2018 Rocky Element prior to Crank the Shield 2018. Fast turn-around, excellent quality work and super-friendly crew. Highly, highly recommended.
