Suzy Mari is the absolute best! I looked forward to the classes every single day! You work hard but, there are also lots of laughs. Suzy really cares about your fitness goals and keep you on track with assessments and meal plans. I still use alot of what she taught me. She teaches you lifestyle change not fads or fast diets! Make sure you check out her classes or personal training! I guarentee you will love it as much as I do!!!

Love it! I've done semi-personal training with my sister as well as taken a few classes: Caribbean Fitness and Strength n' Tone to name a couple. Suzy Mari, the owner and main trainer, is extremely professional and actually wants you to succeed and meet your goals. She provides a multitude of services like body assessments, nutrition/meal plans for all your fitness needs and keeps track of your progress. This is a studio environment - meaning you will not get lost in a sea of equipment and people. There is always accountability with a strong focus on being the best you. So if you are looking for a place to workout as well as have fun - this is it.

A very supportive environment with no judgment. Instructors make a point of adjusting improper posture for maximum benefit. Strongly recommend this inspiring venue.

Great small studio that just does group exercise and personal training. Perfect if you don't want to pay for a full gym membership. Instructors are enthusiastic and engaging and they have a great variety of classes. Suzy the owner is lovely and really cares about everyone that attends the classes.
