The atmosphere is addicting and so energetic! Even on my off-days, I’m still motivated to attend Sameer’s classes because I know I’ll be pushing myself to be better. The training style is fun, challenging yet perfect for any expertise level since trainers are available to coach you throughout the movements. Highly recommend!

There are a few gyms that you can go and get honest training advice and not the stereotypical “you need a diet”. Sam is very honest with your fitness goals and reminds you of the simple idea that any change takes time.

It helps that he has a long background in fitness and exercise prescription which speeds up the process in getting you in shape. The group classes are a lot of fun. He does a really good job at making everything fun. Highly recommended place to try!

Coming to The Essense has changed my life drastically for the better. I been here for about roughly two months and it's become a routine I ACTUALLY enjoy. Reaching your fitness goals can be dreadful but not so much when classes are intense, motivational and fun! Essense bootcamp for me is where I come to become a better me. I'm seeing changes in myself as the weeks progress and it's an amazing feeling. The trainer Sam and also Stacy keep you on your toes, keep you engaged and most importantly teach you how to reach your personal health goals. The Essense is the best fitness experience. The Essense helps me to become the best version of myself physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. The atmosphere at the Essense is amazing ! The positive energy and knowledge that you get from the trainers here are outstanding. They are willing to help and take their time with me. Most importantly they understand what my goals are and what I am striving for, while having fun.
