  Hi I'm Ruckshan Aloysius. I'm a member of Planet Fitness. I've been treated with respect every entry. I can nicely complete an excellent workout. However 1 thing is missing. A set of punching bags. Overall I would still give it a 5/5. In terms of customer service experience, some staff I've met are fantastic. However, there is 1 staff member named CJ who has exemplified true customer service, assistance to those who require it, takes the time to listen to clients, and Overall is someone we need more often in our society. He is blessed. He deserves to be promoted and I as a client is willing to vouch for MR. CJ. MR. CJ keep up the excellent work.

  Good place to work out at. Surrounding area is just quite and serene. Sit there and enjoy the nature as well....beautiful

  As they say 'No judgement zone'. Great location, lot of parking. Staff polite. After work out you must try the hydro bed - great after a long day ( makes the black card worth it)

  Great gym and friendly staff. However I often see the staff conversing with themselves or other "gym-goers" instead of replenishing the paper towel dispensing stock. It definitely is irritating but it is not the end of the world. All working out areas (stretching space, boot camp space, resistance area) are kept very nice and clean!
