(December 30, 2020, 2:02 pm)Just placed my second over the phone purchase from TA. First was a steam washer and dryer in grey that are very sexy and work perfectly. This second purchase was a Bosch dishwasher to replace my 3 year current one. When you can purchase over the phone and be very pleased with the results, what more is there to say.

I had been disappointed in a delivery scenario of my back ordered product.
I had posted on Social Networks my frustration.
TA Listened!
Thank you for taking care of us and doing the right thing once you were aware.
Nice Recovery! I applaud you for doing the right thing.
Problem
Jackson our sales rep is really a good rep and one that should not have to deal with delivery issues.
I encourage new customers to know that TA appliances does listen.
They should make registering a concern easier.
My original score was 1 Star but now I feel they deserve 4 Stars because they did the right thing.

(October 27, 2020, 10:48 pm)Best customer service and great prices anywhere! I will be a regular customer for all appliances from now on! I had to edit this post because when the washer and dryer were delivered a part was needed for the washer and the AWESOME customer service, Jason jumped in his car and delivered it within 15 minutes so the delivery guys could make sure it was set up properly!!! Their delivery guys are so nice, knowledgeable and helpful!

(October 16, 2020, 12:24 pm)the presentation and sales person was excellent and open to discussing the various BBQ on site. She was very informative and sold me on the BBQ we bought. I checked two other vendors and the price was below those so called sales prices. Well done
