Even though we didn't have a huge budget, he helped us find the perfect items for the perfect price while making us feel so comfortable. He truly listened to what we wanted and found the perfect pieces for us. He added a truly personal touch and we will definitely be back to add decor pieces to our space. The service here, with Mitch and the other employees was impeccable and I can't say enough positive things. After looking around at the 'box furniture stores' we then visited Structube Barrie. Thank goodness we did! Zach, store manager, greeted us and allowed us time to walk around their large showroom. We were impressed by the high quality and great prices on many items we were looking for. Needless to say, we started out with a full wall bookcase (Chicago) to see how good their products are. Answer - First class! Actually much higher quality and easy to assemble. Next came a new desk (Adel) and desk chair (Cove). Again very happy with this combo and use the desk and our comfy office chair daily. We added a smaller bookcase/display (Whistler) and a media unit (Gustav). Every item we purchased has been a wonderful, high quality, priced right addition to our home. Throughout our visits and purchases, Zach has been wonderful to deal with and made sure all our questions were answered. Ordering and pickup form his Structube Barrie (Park Place) showroom has been seamless. As we look at each room, we now plan ahead as to what we will update and without any hesitation - Structube Barrie will be our only shopping destination!!! Thank you to Zach and his team.
