Excellent customer service from start to finish. Very patient and helpful salesperson (Simon, at Barrie store). He brought out a sample to my home and also took down rugs off the big rack when I went to the store to let me compare a couple I was trying to decide on. I was very impressed all around with Alexanian. I sent an email to the contact link on the website asking a couple of questions about area rugs I saw online and was very surprised to receive an email from Andrew Alexanian! That’s attention to customer service. I highly recommend Alexanian if you are looking for excellent customer service and nice quality choices for any flooring. I love my new rugs!

It was pressure free which I appreciated. Alex also made himself available to answer my questions all along the way. The product is excellent and the installation went without a hitch. This is the second time I use Alexanian to replace my floors and it is always an excellent experience. The team is expert at recommending the right product and although the cost is a bit higher than in other places you get the value of the service they provide. I requested an quote, got an I home consultation, the floor was properly measured and wanted the strongest possible flooring because I have kids and a dog. I chose vinyl floor (hardwood looking) and it couldn’t have been better. I’m very happy with the installation. It is so sturdy that even moving furniture around, the floor remains intact. it is a breeze to clean it and it looks fabulous!
