It’s as intense as I would like it, convenient - so that I can actually get there regularly, and the people running the gym are great. They make it fun as they push you to achieve your fitness goals. Highly recommend

I have always been an active person, but with 9Round I can easily say I am in the best shape of my life. The trainers are amazing; they are knowledgeable, friendly, and encouraging. They know the members by name and you are always asked when you will be back next -- helping to keep you accountable. Helen and Chris have created a wonderful environment where you feel comfortable to better yourself.
