The other members are inspiring and motivational. I felt at home from day one. Clean facilities with all the equipment anyone could ever dream of. If you're considering trying crossfit, do it here!

The coaches truly care about your development and go above and beyond to help you reach your goals. They offer an abundance of class times and open gym times, which is great for shift workers and those with hectic schedules. I am honoured to be a part of this amazing community and I love going to the gym every day.

(October 15, 2016, 3:21 am)Everyone is welcomed here...all fitness levels. They will modify the workout to what you are able to do safely. The coaches are very supportive and encouraging. They always are attentive to correct form.
Its a community of people who care and cheer you on to do your best. I loved it so much after the first few months, that I signed up for a year! Much better than going to a regular gym...I could never go back to one now :)
