From the the Friendly front Staff to the Passionate Trainers.This one hour Floor, Row, & Treadmill workout gets me excited to “Go!” the night before in my sleep. Thanks ???? (January 9, 2019, 7:42 pm)The workout is upbeat, full-body, efficient. The instructors are friendly and personable. They take the time to be sure your technique is correct for safety and to be sure you get the very best workout. So far my experience has been amazing.
