(August 16, 2019, 4:20 am)I just had Sam complete renovations at my house and whatever was agreed between Sam and I, irrespective of the time it took to get it done, was completed on time and on budget. There were few add ons that I had sam do and compensated him for the extra work. The beauty is, he didn’t cut corners or rush, took his time to get the job done right the first time around. The list of scope was:
- peel wallpaper and paint entire main floor of the house.
- mount a TV wood panel hiding all cable at the back of the panel
- mount over the hood range microwave where a new shorter cabinet was installed
- he mounted a frame and glass shower door in stand up shower
- mounted various cabinets in the garage and hanging bookshelves in the house. -

I especially enjoy the fact that he took his time and o understand my vision and helping me in bringing it to fruition. The work was done with care in a timely manner minimizing my the impact that renovation of this size can have on ones home. I would highly recommend Sam for your renovation needs

He (plus his co-worker) fixed my fence (great workmanship at a great price) over 1 weekend (wooden posts in concrete with wooden panels). He fixed the window handles for my house (3 sets). He also did significant washroom work in my house both remodeling and repairs. I was more than satisfied in all cases as he also works with your budget in mind.
