He was punctual, gave advice for improvement while not being pushy at all. He is diligent and clean up after the work is done. We are very happy with his workmanship and we will definitely call him again for future work.

He is friendly and willing to offer suggestions on how to improve something to make it look or function better. His years of experience are truly valuable and his rates are very fair for the excellent work.

(June 9, 2019, 5:46 pm)Sam repaired a drywall hole for us and did an outstanding job at both the work and his flexibility for scheduling. He brought all his own materials (we just bought the paint match) and he even left us a brush when he left so we could finish painting the repair on our own time. His rate was well below anyone else who quoted us for the job and the work did not suffer as a result. It was top notch and Sam was the perfect fit for what we were looking for. Really nice guy. Highly recommend.
