I came here with my family to purchase a Lexus vehicle on their lot. Our sales rep, Tammy Le, was professional with a great personality! Additionally, the sales manager Janees and the finance manager Mo, were also great. Overall, the experience visiting and purchasing a vehicle from this dealership was a positive one. This is my second time getting my car service at Mitsubishi Dixie and just like the first time I couldn't be more happier with my experience.
The manager Johnny and his service staff were excellent to deal with . While you wait you have excess to free coffee, water and muffins., bring screen TV and comfortable chairs.
I've been to other dealerships and knew I was getting ripped off . These guys are genuinely honest , knowledgeable, and provide quick quality service. I don't have the name of the tech guy who worked on my car , thank you..Hats off to Johnny, great customer service skills.
