(July 11, 2019, 4:13 pm)Beware that they do not take parts back regardless of whether they have been opened or not. All other Mazda dealerships will take parts back with a restocking fee (sometimes they will waive the fee if the part hasn't been used or open). If you are unsure and purchase extra parts, beware that you will be stuck with them.
EDIT: I have decided to edit my review and give 401 Dixie Mazda 5 stars. I spoke to the store's General Manager Tahir and I was pleased to hear that he would forward my concern to the Parts Manager to see if something could be worked out. I visited the store today and I had a chance to speak to Tony, the Parts Manager, who took the time to understand my concern and why I needed to purchase extra parts and return them if I don't use them. He refunded all my extra parts! He truly cares about his customers and I am happy to say that I am looking forward to making 401 Dixie Mazda my regular go-to should I need to purchase parts. Fantastic service! -

He answered every concern with professionalism and made me feel comfortable with the car buying process. As well, he does his best to keep you updated and well informed with everything. Overall, a very kind and genuine person.
I would recommend this dealership to anyone in search of a car. Look for Wesley as he is one of the better salesperson out there. -

I test drove the car a couple of times and had a number of questions on the features, price, warranty, financing etc. They patiently explained each and every one of my queries. I would recommend them to anyone with no second thought. Thank you Varun and Josue for making this a wonderful experience!
