I highly recommend if you have any questions pertaining to getting started at the gym you speak to her personally.
She made us feel welcome and has gone above the call of duty as far as customer service goes.

(September 5, 2018, 1:35 pm)Love the woman's gym, the girls who work here are so nice and everyone makes you feel comfortable they have everything you would need in a small space with enough machines for all and big bonus you can do your shopping after your workout !
