(February 28, 2019, 5:37 pm)Awesome place to workout. It has everything needed to train. The manager/owner really takes care of the facility. Jacob, in the front desk, does an excellent work. Always willing to help and taking care of everything. By the way, thanks for the new mats!

(February 25, 2019, 10:00 am)This fit4less is a little bit smaller than others, but still has all the same amenities. The gym is quite clean and well-maintained. Even though the gym is still busy, the location seems to be less crowded than others. The parking is also pretty great, I never have problems finding a space. Don't forget to bring water unless you want to drink from the tap in the washroom!

(February 21, 2019, 5:38 am)The facility is great with a very courteous staff and all around friendly atmosphere. I give this location a solid 5 rating but there are a few things that are missing to put this location on the next level.
• weight area is congested and could stand to
To be expanded
• a water fountain would be nice to tap up
During sets and not having to fill up in the
Bathrooms
• a proper squat rack and a wider assortment
Of benches would be welcome.
