(June 28, 2022, 2:48 pm)This location is great! The team and the trainers are there to help you and guide you though your workouts. My wife has been working out non stop and the results are amazing. The coaches are always willing to help. The owners are also amazing and will help you if you really want to work out at this location, feel free to open up to them and find a way to work out a plan on your weight loss or simply to be stronger.

(June 9, 2022, 1:44 pm)This gym is amazing! It is always clean and organized. The trainers are honestly some of the nicest people I’ve ever met and the owner is so nice! When I was first checking out the gym she helped me sign up for classes, checked in on my progress and helped me sign up for a membership all over text message which for a mom with a young child was a HUGE help!

You set your own level of difficulty - but be prepared to work hard and have fun while doing it!! I love the challenge and appreciate the variety in the workout - keeps it new! Excited to have this F45 in our area!
