(October 20, 2022, 12:27 pm)I was so excited when I heard Ignite Yoga was opening in Newcastle. I recently had surgery and am dealing with some chronic pain. The Yin Restore class is just what I needed to slowly recover. Michelle is extremely accommodating and finds positions and props that will suite each client's need. There is absolutely no pressure to push yourself (unless you want that extra motivation). The studio is so relaxing and I leave feeling refreshed and relaxed. I look forward to my weekly class, and am looking forward to trying new classes as I recover from my surgery. If you are looking for a way to unwind in a calming environment, with a gentle, inclusive and knowledgeable Yogi, Ignite Yoga is that place. I highly recommend it. Your brain and body will thank you! (The store in the front is great too. So many great products to consider to better your health).

The owner is so welcoming for all levels

Also the music is very modern and relaxing.

(September 12, 2022, 12:01 pm)Joined Michelle for Yin/Restore on opening day. All I can say is wow! The class was excellent and the space is beautiful. Not to mention the incredible smell when you walk through the front door. Thankful to have Ignite in Newcastle. Can’t wait to go back!

(September 10, 2022, 11:26 pm)Just tried my first hot yoga class ever and it was simply amazing! Michelle is a great instructor and made the class truly enjoyable. The cold towel at the end was the icing on the cake. I will be back. Highly recommend!!!
