Angie is a wonderful instructor. She is very accommodating and welcoming to anyone with any level of skill. I especially loved her outdoor yoga class that I attended. Looking forward to many more classes with her.
Angie is a great yoga instructor! All her classes are amazing and she really makes you sweat in the hot yoga classes. Also I feel very safe in her classes. Small class size and very clean !
Angie is a very passionate instructor and I have enjoy practicing with her. She has a gentle approach that Invites you to bring whatever you can muster for that day ( and maybe marvel at yourself and dig a little deeper!?). Highly recommended even if she has a penchant for crunches! Ouch.?
Angie's home studio is a lovely boutique-like space that is peaceful, intimate, and welcoming for all levels. She is an encouraging teacher who provides a safe environment for every student. Also, her music selections are contemporary and familiar to make your practice even more enjoyable!
Fantastic yoga teacher! My favourite at the previous studio. I am so glad she’s branching out and running her own practice. I highly recommend beginner to advanced yogis! Angie is more than willing to help you with your form and help you advance your practice.
