  My son attended a birthday party here and loved it. I’ve tried calling many times and they don’t answer the phone. You have to leave a message. So if I were to improve anything it would be that they answer their calls.

  My view isn’t simply because I’m a coach here; but as someone who has been in a gym for the past 15 years..... I can say with certainty you will be hard pressed to find anywhere more welcoming and enjoyable then CrossFit Bowmanville; all the while getting a great workout in.

  Excellent facility run by knowledgeable and friendly staff. Clean and well organized. Reasonably priced. Offers kids activities and youth sport training. Also offers in house physiotherapy.

  We had a Ninja Warrior birthday party for our daughters 6th birthday. The girls had a ton of fun and the parents that stayed loved it as well. Highly recommended and will be returning for our sons party.
