Prompt, friendly and knowledgeable
I was in Fallowfield Pharmasave yesterday to fill a prescription with my 14 month old son in hand (crying and squirming no less!) The prescription was for him and not one i've had filled before. Despite my stress level and exhaustion, I was so impressed with the service I received and information provided on the medication. I believe it was the owner who I spoke to and he was extremely informative about what the drug was, how it works, timelines, expectations and even how its made (they add a berry flavour to the compounded drug to make it easy for kids to swallow). I work in the healthcare field and thought this exchange was so professional, friendly and educational, that I wanted to write a review to let them/owner know that their efforts did not go unnoticed and were very much appreciated :) I will definitely go back for my next prescription refill in the future!
