  It's my second visit to the center, I harried to give my opinion, because I'm very happy with the service. All the staff are very kind and helpful. The doctors know how to deal with kids. The smile does not leave theirs faces.

  I had a memorable experience at this clinic, very professional, always made me feel welcome. If I could give 6 stars I would. I wonder why the owner hasn't thanked me for this review?

  I cannot say enough about the service I received on 12-10-18 at this location.
  
  I called to schedule my appointment and to my surprise, staff picked up RIGHT away and they provided me with nothing short of world class service. I asked for an appointment but Brenda (front end staff) stated she would have to check on something , and she would call me back. Not even 5 mins later she calls and provides me with a date for my appointment. Typically most clinics are VERY busy, I was not expecting my call to be answered right away. I was also not expecting a call back. This was my first experience with this clinic and they did a great job. Brenda is warm, caring and friendly!
  
  Dr. Berthiaume is the person I was scheduled to see. Again, I have never met any Dr's here so I was not sure what to expect. I can say that my experience with Dr. Berthiaume was amazing. She made me feel comfortable and also eased my mind. She went above and beyond and I REALLY appreciate that!
  
  The location is clean and comfortable. I like the setup.

  Dr. Elise did an amazing job fitting me into scleral contact lenses (not an easy feat with my complicated prescription). She kept ordering trials until she was completely confident they were giving me the best possible vision. Alexandria, who helps with contacts, was always very patient and genuine. Highly recommend their services!
