  Went here for at least 6 years. Never felt they were proactive with my care. The hygienists were great, but unfortunately I felt like the dentist himself was always doing the bare minimum of what was required. I had a fantastic dentist who was very proactive in Toronto so I know what quality care looks like. I have never had a cavity before, but the dentist said I needed a filling. He did and then I was in horrible pain for weeks after. Went back for him to fix it as I read this could happen. He made adjustments but I was still incredibly uncomfortable after the second trip. Ultimately went to another dentist to get it fixed for a third time. Positives of this office are the administration is great. The receptionist is very personable and pleasant. The office is lovely and modern. Really appreciated the screens / Netflix especially for the kids.

  IM NEW TO THIS DENTIST AND FIND THEM SO FRIENDLY AND ORGANIZED. LOVE THE TEXT REMINDER MESSAGES AND EMAIL. A REAL PLEASURE GOING TO THE DENTIST! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

  I'm very nervous at the dentist and had a really bad experience in Vancouver so I kinda avoided dentists for a while. The staff at Barrhaven crossing were awesome and made me feel very comfortable, the hygienist was really gentle as well. I can now blind people with my shiny white teeth. Thanks!

  We moved to Ottawa two years ago and I needed to see a dentist quickly to deal with a crown that had fallen off. Staff fit me into an already busy schedule and Dr. Catana spent a lot of time with me to get the crown fixed correctly. Since then I have seen him many times and have always found him to be patient, honest, knowledgable and professional. All of the staff in this office are wonderful from the receptionist to the dental hygenist and dental assistant. I am very happy I found this clinic to help me look after my many dental issues!

  I've been going here for the past year, the staff is extremely friendly and very accommodating/compassionate to someone who is nervous at the Dentists.
  
  I can't say I love going here or look forward to it, after all it is a dentist office; but the staff make it a little more tolerable. :)
