(January 19, 2019, 8:32 pm)Meh, it's ok but definitely not 5-star GF. Tried the bagels, white bread and scones. Not better than Glutino at the grocery store yet more expensive. There are a couple of really amazing gluren-free local bakeries in Ottawa but sadly this isn't one.

(March 18, 2018, 5:02 pm)Mother-in-law uses their SMART flour mix for homemade out of this world treats and bread for our family. Greatly appreciate having this resource locally. Customer service has been consistently very kind and knowledgeable, both in person and by phone.
