Bought our Generac 18kw. Generator from Gentech and they installed it yesterday 30-08-2022. Gentech has very professional installers and they all did a fantastic job. The 2 electrical techs Montana and Claude were so friendly and a pleasure to be around. The gas fitter guys were great and we are very happy with the install.

Professional installation, on time and as per quote. Nice people to work with. Look forward to many years of good service.

What a very pleasant surprise to deal with a company where the owner oversees the project from start to finish. We installed a 22KW Generac recently under a tight schedule. We were kept involved from start to finish. The installation crew were on time and very professional. We are very pleased of our choice and the final results.

We just had a Geneac generator Installed. It was a very positive experience from talking with the sales representative to the installation. The sales rep. was very knowledgeable and took time to explain the system to us without us feeling pressured to buy.

This office is very organized and return calls when they say they will. We were treated with friendliness as well as professionalism by everyone we had contact with. We decided to purchase the Generac generator, a date and time was set and when the time came around we received an email providing us with the details. The team doing the work were here at the time allotted and worked until the job was completed like “busy beavers.” You could tell they enjoyed their work and took pride in it. There was no cutting corners. It is hard to find this type of job etiquette in today’s world.

The team were very friendly and professional and took time to answer all of our questions in layman’s terms. They took time in explaining how the generator worked and showed us how to open and close it and what the lights signify and how to correct the red light to green if that happens. Also provided us with the documentation as well as explained the maintenance agreement.

Denis and his team were professional from start to finish. Because this is an expensive investment for our home my wife and I researched a few companys and had questions about the whole process. Gentech was the only company to get back to us regarding our concerns within a few hours of me calling the office. - I am in the customer service field and I totally appreciate what it takes to make a customer feel good. Because of their customer service we chose Gentech for the job. On the date of installation, they arrived on time and even gave us early warning as to when the services (hydro/gas) would be disconnected so my family was prepared. The team was very professional and my wife appreciated that they cleaned up after themselves (inside and out) when the project was completed ahead of schedule !
