Shane, was an awesome salesman and a really nice person...actually, everyone I had contact with was great. Huge thanks to Shaun for the amazing detailing, my neighbour thought the car was brand new. I have already recommended this dealership to several people.

(September 5, 2020, 9:19 pm)Thanks to Justin Fountain and his general sales manager, Gabe Sanint, who went out of their way to secure us a great deal on the vehicle we had been searching for. Justin made the process of securing an online deal, including trade-in valuations, quick and easy. He, and indeed the whole Lauria Hyundai team, were pleasant and respectful to deal with, and went above and beyond to ensure that all ordered accessories were installed on time for delivery. It was definitely worth the drive from the GTA! We love our new Palisade!!

(August 7, 2020, 8:24 pm)I purchased a new 2020 Hyundai Elantra from Lauria Hyundai a few days ago, and although I had my issues with the dealership, I cannot say enough about my consultant, Richard Aiken.
Mr. Aiken was crucial in assisting me in getting a new vehicle, and made himself useful in every step of the process. From doing various calculations, to recommending cost efficient options for me considering both leasing and financing a vehicle. He is incredibly smart in his position, and work diligently to ensure I had the best experience while looking for a vehicle. I cannot say enough about how hard he worked throughout the process, while not haggling and treating me like a human being. I visited multiple other Hyundai dealerships, and while they treated me like a number, Richard wanted the best for me.
Going forward I will be taking any business I have to Mr. Aiken, and I will be recommending any of my family or friends to visit him at Lauria Hyundai.
