All aspects of buying the car was handled over the phone and I was extremely pleased at the professional and personable manner that Scott Tuttle conducted the sale. I would highly recommend this dealership for making a great deal for me on my new car. Very satisfied.

So much so that I am purchasing a new 2020 off of Scott again this year. The entire team was great to deal with. Excellent customer service, and great all around experience. It was definitely worth the travel to go see the team at Bill Spencer Chevrolet.

They had everything arranged within a couple of hours. When I went to pick it up I was treated like a friend, the delivery was excellent and as promised. The sales staff here are second to none. This is the way car buying should be, both pleasant and fun!
