  We had an issue with the audio in our ‘13 Sportage . Radio had just quit suddenly for no reason - oh oh. We called for a service appointment. Fearing the worst (we’re not from London) the tech advises that he wanted to try something first before he booked us in. Wow! He had us rebooted within a minute and all fixed. No charge! Talk about building trust! Thank you. Awesome honest service!

  Great experience dealing with Tanner and the London Kia staff. This was our first purchase of a Kia vehicle. We are extremely happy with our Kia Sportage. Highly recommend.

  Braden Johnson, Service Consultant is one of the best most knowledgeable, courteous and helpful person in his field. If you need expert advice and professional service go see him. Braden goes the extra mile and then some.
  
  I wish every service consultant had to get trained by Braden, he knows his stuff and he knows how to treat customers, with grace, respect and he is always humble.
  
  Attention KIA, give this man a raise, as he deserves it.
  P.S. we brought our KIA van for service and they did an awesome job!!

  KIA in general has always treated us well, but this one beat even our already high opinion of KIA. Chris helped us and was extremely helpful in getting us exactly what we told him we needed. Not only did he not try to upsell us, he helped us work out a better deal than we had expected. We were in the market for a used car and we can honestly say all our expectations were exceeded.
