  It was time to replace my 2012 top of the line Toyota Venza with over 300,000 kilometers and since this model was not longer available, I wanted something that was its equal or better. I decided to check out the Lexus RX350 and was quite impressed. My budget ruled out a brand new unit, but Lexus of London had just taken back a 2016 model off of a 2-year lease and it was a great fit for me.
  Sue gave me the introduction to their current stock of Lexus RX350 units and I was hooked. Even though it took me a month or more to get ready to deal, Sue was relaxed and helpful but not pushy as I have experienced with other dealerships in the past. There was no pressure to up sell extended warranty or other add-on accessories. Additionally, the Lexus team made the extra effort to get my new ride ready in time for an Eastern Ontario trip which was already scheduled for a couple of days after the paper work was signed.
  Kevin Gittens was extremely helpful with getting me a bit familiar with all of the various systems and their controls for my pre-delivery training session.
  This car rides and handles like a dream. I think I'm now a Lexus man! Sue told me once I have driven a Lexus, I'd be back for another in the future. At this point, she is right.

  Karen as always, was warm, welcoming and personal - knew me by name and asked how my wife was (by name.) Within 45 minutes the winter tires and rims were on, the vehicle washed and I was on my way. But they wouldn't let me go until someone from service had dusted the new rims. That's attention to detail. I know a service manager at another dealership who has told me that Lexus is the service they wish to emulate, but can't. We have been Lexus customers for 15 years and find their service to us and our NXt and RX 400 exemplary!!! Our next vehicle will be another Lexus, not only because of the vehicle but also (perhaps primarily) because of the service Lexus of London has provided us.

  The entire team at Lexus of London is focused on treating guests like royalty. Not only was it exciting to go to a luxury car dealership and not feel like an impostor, the team was genuine, upfront with information and treated us with respect. It was unlike any car purchase experience I have ever had. Rick and team - thank you for opening my eyes to what buying a car should be!

  Lexus of London has delivered my best dealership experience to date. Terry at the parts department provided friendly advice and exceptional service as he solved a custom request.
