I just finalized buying a car through Jaguar, and Jawad provided exemplary service every step of the way. He's friendly, personable, and extremely professional. I felt well cared for, and he truly went above and beyond what I expected. Throughout the buying process, he made sure that my satisfaction was the #1 priority. During the buying process for my car a few unforeseen issues developed, and he was quick to address them, reconcile them, and make sure things continued smoothly. He closely communicated with me through the entire process, and I always felt in the loop. He spent a lot of hard work and time in close communication with the dealership, and made sure my car was perfect. Before I picked up my car, he even spotted a small dent that I hadn't even noticed, and had it repaired before I got there!

Overall, I had a great experience, and would highly recommend working with Jawad for any future purchases!
