What sets The Energy Lab apart from all other fitness and exercise studios is PASSION! Everyone here is so dedicated, hardworking and beyond supportive. I always feel motivated to achieve my personal and physical best when I enter through these doors. I wholeheartedly recommend The Energy Lab!

I have never ever joined a gym before, but this is completely different and amazing. Get in, use your body weight to do physical movement that makes you stronger, get good vibes from everyone and carry on with your day. A shining light. A place to be happy and supported. Can't say enough good things. Just go!

I have been going to the Energy Lab for over 6 months now. I used to go to a gym nearby, but it always seemed hard to get me to go there. From the day I stepped foot into the “Lab”, I never felt like I had the struggle to go. I always want to go, and sometimes try to stay longer by fitting in to another class! The instructors are kind , inspiring and REAL and they take time to always be present when you talk to them. The Energy Lab has become my place and my space to be thankful in my body and mind with like minded inclusive people. Best best to go if you want to grow and strengthen your Whole self!

This is a judgement free space that encourages everyone to reach their personal goals. It offers a whole body experience. Class sizes allow for everyone to receive the appropriate amount of instruction, so they can be successful. All instructors are knowledgeable, encouraging, supportive and genuinely passionate about your whole body health and happiness. The Energy Lab is a positive space, that everyone can’t get enough of. So happy to have this happy place in my life, and as a major part of my health routine.

I love this place. Breadth of effective classes and activity... I have wanted to get in to yoga for years... I have never been able to take more than a class or two before without feeling bored and discouraged. Now I am going at least once a week in between spin classes (my new favorite workout) and running as I always have. Can't say enough good things about the vibe and the environment there. Early morning classes make it easy to get a workout in any day of the week.
