(February 23, 2022, 9:25 pm)LOVE: the classes, the coaches, the SA's and the fellow clients! I started in November and there is a different routine EVERY single time (I go 4 times a week). The music is invigorating and the coaches are motivating, inspiring and supportive. ALL abilities can work on their personal best and feel supported and recognized. Form is always a priority and alternative exercises for injuries or skill level are demonstrated. I am 50 (plus a few) and feel comfortable with the wide range of ages and fitness levels that are there working on themselves. A must try!

(February 23, 2022, 8:54 pm)OTF Winona Crossing is just the best. I've never been a gym rat and have always despised exercising, feeling lost and unmotivated at a regular gym. This studio, and its amazing coaches and staff completely changed my mind. The hour long classes are challenging but fun and are run by expert coaches who keep you motivated. It really does feel like a second family! Also, I love that they use heart rate monitors so you get real time feedback on your workout. And the app is really easy to use too! 5 stars for OTF Winona Crossing, I'd give more if I could! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
