  Throw away every negative stereotype you have heard about Crossfit, they simply do not apply here.
  I cannot speak highly enough regarding my experience here at Crossfit Stoney Creek. From my initial visit I was immediately impressed with the trainers’ knowledge and attention to fundamentals. There has never been a moment when I felt that proper technique and personal safety were taking a backseat to performance or arrogance. I began training here in Jan.2016, having found that my normal gym routine was becoming stale and overly time consuming. At that time I had been training primarily on my own, and I have found that Crossfit Stoney Creek has filled the deficiencies in my training program. Lee and Lorna provide excellent coaching and programming, while also providing a very welcoming and fun atmosphere. Continuous improvement and physical prowess are both celebrated. Lorna and Lee motivate everyone to push themselves, and can help anyone accomplish their health and fitness goals. They not only provide excellent workout programming so as to avoid overloading whilst producing results, but they take a holistic approach to fitness by providing mentoring (on request) with regards to the impact of diet on one’s health and performance.
  For individuals who might be too intimidated or believe themselves to be too out of shape to even begin, I would urge you to drop in and meet with the trainers. Let them demonstrate how they are willing to work with you to tailor workouts and drive success.
  For individuals who think they are already fit, come show us what you’ve got.

  The coaches here are absolutely amazing. Very supportive, they go above and beyond with diet/workout advice and basically help you through every single facet of your well being. I've been going here for a few months now, and have put on nearly 10 pounds of muscle and can honestly say I'm in the best shape I've ever been in my entire life. Facilities are clean, and the atmosphere is really friendly and inviting. Can't say enough good things about this place. I love it.

  Do not be intimidated! This gym truly is for everyone!! Lee and Lorna are extraordinary owners/trainers who take time with each and everyone in the class. They will always ensure that you are executing the skills properly and at a weight or level appropriate for your abilities. You will never be pushed to do anything that you can't do. Everyday is something different, a new and exciting challenge! From the first day you walk in you will feel welcome and the positive atmosphere is contagious! In no time at all you will be doing things you never thought possible! No matter what your goals are you will surely attain them at CROSSFIT Stoney Creek!

  July 1 2015, I decided to try Stoney Creek Crossfit and I have never looked back. Prior to this I was a member of a name brand gym and found that I was not making any progress. I had plateaued and felt I needed to do something in order to kick start my gym experience. I drove by Stoney Creek Crossfit but always thought it would be too much for me. I was wrong. Walking through their door was the best thing I did. The trainers (Lorna, Lee, Kyle) were most welcoming, sharing their knowledge and skills and knowing when to push and when to encourage. Under their watchful eyes, ensuring everything is done properly, I find myself in the best shape ever. The workouts are tasking but every day is a lot of fun with a great group of people sweating through the workouts together. Overall it is total fitness, even carving a groove of mental toughness for the mind. Come through the door and let us all welcome you to a great experience.

  Crossfit Stoney Creek is the best place in the creek! Trainers are unreal and go above and beyond to challenge you and achieve goals you never thought possible. The atmosphere is welcoming and energetic. Tried it by myself and stuck to it...best choice I ever made! I have never felt so happy with my body and myself...this place can change your life in more ways than a simple review could ever explain. Try it you will LOVE every little bit of it. Don't be afraid to walk into this place...!
