  This yoga studio is wonderful. Dina is a dedicated, compassionate instructor. The classes are small and welcoming. I had been looking for just the right studio for a long time and I have found it now.

  The studio is a beautiful, calming space inside, and the owner, Dina, is a really warm and kind leader. Just an awesome experience overall.

  This is an excellent Yoga Class to attend in Hamilton! I love the small personalized classes. Dina takes such good care of her students and provides personal attention to those with limitations, modifying poses according to their condition. I took the six week introductory and am now signed up for the 10 week course over the summer. :)
  Thank you for being such a great and patient teacher Dina!
