(June 17, 2019, 6:15 pm)This gym is very difficult to be away from...the program, the energy and the atmosphere is amazing! I have never been in better shape than I am today as result of this program. I never dread going to the gym, in fact, I dread missing a class. The coaches are amazing, every single one of them and the owners are awesome people. I cannot find a single negative thing to say about this gym.

The gym itself is bright, super clean and the private showers are great. The classes are trainers are AWESOME!! There is never a class where I don't burn over 500 calories and I love the variety of class. The trainers are not only motivating and accommodate every fitness level and injury, they are enthusiastic, encouraging and hilarious! This is not only a gym, it is a community. -

(March 22, 2019, 8:14 pm)Great facility and kickass workout. The gym is newly opened and Julie and team seem like really really nice people. My weights/treadmill workout routine was getting pretty stale so I highly recommend this for anyone like myself who needs to mix things up.
